Account Security page → toggle “Enable Two-Factor Authentication” → scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Roobet recommends Authy; Google Authenticator also works) → store the recovery key safely → enter the six-digit code to confirm.

New accounts with no deposits or wagers can use “Close My Account” in privacy settings. Otherwise email cs@roobet.com with the subject “Account Deletion” from your registered address; Roobet applies a 48-hour cooldown and asks you to confirm by email within 24 hours.

Until the blockchain confirms them: Roobet cites 1 confirmation for BTC and XRP and 3 for ETH, LTC, USDT and USDC. Confirmation times depend on network conditions and cannot be sped up.

Two reasons: the deposit must be fully confirmed, and Roobet requires 100% of each deposit must be wagered before withdrawal. This applies to every player as an anti-money-laundering control.

You cannot apply. Roobet says it is reserved for elite players, does not disclose the criteria, and contacts qualifying players by email.

No. Roobet’s help centre states that live support does not provide bonuses, cashback, lossback or free spins, including birthday bonuses.
