Roobet’s help centre states that a referrer must be set within the first 24 hours of account creation, that codes entered later will not work, and that a referrer cannot be changed once submitted. The rule Roobet publishes
The relevant text is in Roobet’s Referrals Explained article. In summary:
- A referrer must be set within the first 24 hours of account creation.
- Referral codes entered after that will not work.
- Once submitted, the referral name cannot be changed or altered.
The same article gives two ways to set the referrer: through the promo tab (the Redeem modal) or in the General section of account settings under “Referrer”. Affiliate codes such as BONUS26 are processed through the same mechanism and are subject to the same limits.
If your account is less than 24 hours old
You can still add a code. Do it now rather than later:
- Log in to Roobet.
- Open Account Settings → General. If the Referrer field is empty, type BONUS26 and save. Alternatively open the Redeem box from the menu and submit the code there.
- Reload the settings page and confirm the field now shows the code.

If your account is more than 24 hours old
Referral attribution is closed. We have found no documented exception, grace period or support process that reopens it, and we will not suggest workarounds that breach Roobet’s terms. In practical terms you forgo two things:
- The affiliate RakeBoost (+20% to Instant Rakeback for 72 hours) that redeeming an affiliate code would have applied.
- Any attribution to a friend or partner. The friend or site will not be credited for your signup.
That is the full extent of the loss. There is no welcome bonus being forfeited, because Roobet does not run one; see bonus code explained.
Can a referrer be changed?
No. If you entered a friend’s username and later wanted to use an affiliate code instead (or the reverse), Roobet’s stated rule is that the referral name cannot be changed. What not to do
- Do not open a second account. Roobet’s terms allow one account per person. Duplicate accounts can be closed with balances forfeited, and KYC checks at withdrawal make detection likely.
- Do not pay anyone claiming they can attach a code retrospectively. No such service exists.
- Do not enter random codes hoping one “unlocks” the window. The limit is on account age, not on the code.
